BOAST Site Services Ltd carrying out the replacement of gearbox grease seals and O-rings on a McLanahan 38”x35’ Super Mudmaster Log Washer on a sand plant. Lifting completed by our sister company LIFT Limited with a 706 mini crane from their extensive fleet. During the disassembly we found that the gearbox had previously been reconditioned poorly, the grease seals were hammer damaged and the gearbox output flanges had been orientated incorrectly. All was completed to the satisfaction of the customer who was able to operate his plant the following business day.

BOAST Site Services LTD completing the refurbishment of a Linatex mk2 pump using genuine OEM spares. Static gland coarse adjustment completed whilst motor was locked off. Hydraulic gland fine adjustment completed after gland guard fitted and motor energised.

Vegetable Washing Plant Health Check
BOAST Site Services LTD completing a health check on a vegetable washing plant. Although no problems were reported a faulty isolating valve on the suction pipe caused a blockage to the standby pump which when operated sucked the casing liners in due to the negative pressure created in the casing.

Linatex 515 Cyclone Inspection
