Compact Tank Suction Upgrade

Boast Site Services Ltd have completed the design, manufacture and installation of an upgrade to the typical square sump tank pump arrangement using the industry preferred solution that’s commonly fitted in feed regulating sumps.

The original steel parts are welded in situ and do not facilitate ease of service and replacement. These had to be cut out to enable replacement.

New arrangement incorporates the cast iron suction bend, flexible hose and lined suction pipe to two piece steel pipes with quick release sleeve fitted with Boast SS clamp assemblies.

Bespoke Compact Sand Plant

Boast Site Services Ltd undertook to design, detail, manufacture, supply, offload and erect a new bespoke compact sand plant for our customer to replace an old bucket wheel dewaterer.

The plant was designed to handle up to 60tph -4.0mm material and produce a single sand fraction with <3% -63 micron.

We included the preferred Linatex lined centrifugal pump, dewatering separator and dewatering screen in our design and all components exposed to the abrasive slurry were Linatex lined for unbeatable wear resistance.
