Sand Plant Upgrade
Boast Site Services Ltd undertook to design, detail, manufacture, supply, offload and erect an upgrade to a customers sand system with a new Linatex lined extended separator and associated overflow tank, pipework and supports. The feed regulating sump was also fitted with a new anti-turbulence ring and adjustable overflow weir plates to ensure no losses of useful sand to waste. The new separator installation eliminated 2 old cyclones, hydrosizer, sump and sand pump from the system which gave both power and operational savings.

Boast Site Services Ltd step in to get customer running
Customer had a failure to a vibrator motor on his dewatering screen. Pressure was on because they were covering production for another of their sites. Boast Site Services quickly arranged mobile crane and site labour to attend site the following day to replace the vibrator so the customer could get up and running.
