BOAST Site Services LTD completing a health check on a vegetable washing plant. Although no problems were reported a faulty isolating valve on the suction pipe caused a blockage to the standby pump which when operated sucked the casing liners in due to the negative pressure created in the casing. The pump was rebuilt and instruction given to repair/ replace the valve. Our health check provides a full assessment of the performance of the plant together with recommendations for critical plant spares.
